1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused and has not been installed.
The item is in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
The item is not damaged, modified, or altered.
Important: Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Parts Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that a part is compatible with their Corvette before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a part will fit your C4, C5, or C6 Corvette, please contact our customer service team before purchasing.
Parts that have been installed, modified, altered, or damaged during installation may not be eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Charles Corvette within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Used or installed parts
Modified or altered parts
Parts damaged during installation
Special-order or custom items
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
